Cinematic portraits are made with Google's Nano Banana Pro. Google embeds SynthID, an invisible watermark identifying them as AI-generated. The rest of the set is made with Seedream through fal.ai.
Which currency you pay in
The price is the same number in your billing currency, chosen rather than converted: euros in the European Union and Switzerland, pounds in the United Kingdom, US dollars everywhere else. The checkout shows the quantity, price, currency and any applicable tax before you pay. Payment is by card through Polar, the merchant of record, which sends the receipt.
Team pricing
Teams buy credits: one credit is one person's full shoot of the chosen package. The discount follows how many credits the team has bought in total, so every order counts toward the next one, and credits never expire. Self-serve orders go up to 1,000 people. Each person uploads their own selfies; the administrator picks one backdrop, light and clothing palette so the whole team matches, and sees the finished photos, not the uploads.

Refund guarantee
Full refund, no questions asked, if you ask within 7 days of your portraits being ready and you have not downloaded any of them. The first download of a full-resolution file ends the guarantee. The 7 days run from the moment your portraits are ready in your gallery, not from payment. To ask, email foto@still.sintro.io with your order reference; no justification is asked.
A photo that failed to generate is retried free from your gallery. A delivered photo with a clear identity, anatomy or category problem can be reported for one replacement per original photo, also after you download. These are on top of your statutory consumer rights, not instead of them. Full refund and correction terms.
Your photos and privacy
Still uses your reference photos to create and check the results through its image providers. We do not train a dedicated model for each customer. Files in Still’s private storage expire after 30 days; you can delete an order’s photos earlier from your gallery. Provider processing and retention are described in our privacy notice.
No personal model of your face is trained: the image model reads your selfies at the moment it makes each picture. Which providers process your photos, and how long they keep them, is set out in the privacy notice.

- How long does it take?
Your headshots are ready in about 10 minutes. Executive gets priority processing. Processing time varies with input checks, service availability and retries, so it is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline.
- What do I need to upload?

- Is there a refund or money-back guarantee?
