Company information is being completed: street address, VAT number and tax identifier are still to be supplied. This notice also needs a final review of provider transfer safeguards and administrative retention periods. It must not be read as a certification of legal compliance.

Before purchase

The selected offer and checkout show the quantity, price, currency and any applicable tax before payment. Products are digital services and downloadable files: there is no physical shipment. Review the offer for the exact allocation; additional variations are separate purchases, not required to retrieve your original results.

Your inputs and permission

You must be 18 or older and have the right to use the photographs and other content you submit. Do not submit another person’s photographs without an appropriate permitted workflow and their permission. See Acceptable use and Privacy.

Payment and delivery

Payment is handled through Polar. After payment, follow the order setup, supply suitable reference photographs and start generation. Results appear in your authenticated gallery; an email update is sent to the delivery address. Processing time varies with input checks, service availability and retries, so an estimated time is not a guaranteed deadline.

Keep your access links private. Download the photographs within 30 days of creation: storage expires automatically. AI results can have identity or detail errors and should be checked before use. Providers may embed AI-origin signals such as SynthID.

Corrections, withdrawal and refunds

Missing results can be retried without another payment. Faulty photographs can be reported from the gallery under the correction policy. Contact us if delivery fails or the remedy does not work.

Applicable consumer rights remain in force. We do not treat payment or a general acceptance of these terms as an automatic waiver of a statutory withdrawal right. Any exception for early digital delivery or a fully performed service applies only when its legal requirements are met. To request withdrawal or a refund, email foto@still.sintro.io with your order reference; you do not need to buy an additional variation to request a remedy.

Use of the results

You retain your rights in the content you provide. Use generated results lawfully and do not imply that an AI image proves an actual event, qualification or endorsement. We cannot promise that every output is unique or free of all third-party rights.
