What people ask before this goes on a listing

Can I use this on my listings, sign and MLS profile?

Yes — it is your face, lit the way a studio would light it, and that is exactly what a listing photo needs to be. It is not a substitute for identification documents, which is a different kind of photograph with its own rules.

Will I still look like myself to a buyer at a showing?
