A business photograph is rarely used once. The same face ends up on a LinkedIn profile, on the company's people page, on the last slide of a deck, in a conference programme, in an email signature and on a badge at a trade show. When each of those was filled at a different time from a different source, the set reads as five different people: one photo from a wedding, one from a shoot four jobs ago, one cropped from a team picture with somebody's arm still in it.
The fix is not a better single photograph. It is a set taken in one session, so the crops agree with each other — the tight one for the profile circle, a medium one with room beside your head for a slide, a wide 16:9 for a site header or a banner. The light and the wardrobe carry across, which is the part that makes a company page look deliberate instead of collected.
A booked studio hour produces a handful of frames from one setup, chosen by someone else on the day, and you get them back a week later. Forty portraits from the same three references gives you the choosing: grey seamless, white, a blurred office, window light, an architecture background for the times a plain backdrop looks like a staff badge.
It also means the second use does not require a second booking. When the company redesigns its site around a dark header, or the conference asks for a square at 1000 pixels, the frame is already there.
Two things, and nothing else fits: that you are present, and that you are the kind of person the reader's problem can be handed to. Present is technical — eyes sharp, the face lit from one clear direction, enough contrast between you and the background that the outline reads at thumbnail size. The rest is expression, and the mistake is almost always too much of it: a wide smile shot for a family album turns into a smudge at sixty pixels, while a calm, open expression survives.
What to avoid is short. No group photo you cropped. No filter over the top of the lighting. No backdrop the same value as your jacket, which turns a navy suit on a charcoal wall into one dark shape. And no photograph that is more than a few years out of date, because the first thing it says in a meeting is that something was avoided.
The same face on three grounds, shown big enough to check the skin texture and the edge of the collar — the two things that decide whether a portrait reads as taken or as made. Your order includes 40 photos.

From your phone, as they already are. The model reads your face from the references and does not train on them, so there is no run to wait through.
After payment, choose one or two categories for your 40 photos. Professional covers studio, workspace and architecture settings.
In minutes. One tight crop for the profile, one with space beside your head for a slide, one composed wide for a header.
